1944-2025
Mr. Richard Miller, aged 81, passed away peacefully in Châteauguay on Sunday, April 20, 2025. Brought up in the East End of Montreal and later settled in Hinchinbrooke, Richard was the beloved husband of Maria Lukassen. He leaves to mourn his children Shawn (Karin Cernivz), Kim (Benoit Faille), and Sebrina (Andrew Vandor), and his cherished grandchildren Mathias, Owen, Damien, Olyvia, Abby, Ava, and Logan. Richard possessed “the gift of the gab,” able to strike up a conversation with anyone he met. He was a proud small-business owner and could often be found tinkering on cars in his spare time. He delighted in being a Pa-Pa and teasing his grandchildren. Visitations will be held, Saturday, May 10, from 1:30 to 3:30 pm, at Rodrigue Montpetit & Fils Funeral Home, 170 Châteauguay Street, Huntingdon, Québec J0S 1H0, 450-264-5331.
